The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Takht Bhai officially launched its new digital services on July 23, 2025, marking a major milestone in digital governance and public service facilitation.
The inauguration was led by Tehsil Nazim Hafiz Muhammad Saeed , who appreciated and acknowledged the dedicated efforts of RMO Zeeshan Arif, TMO Rahman Sher, TOR Usman Ali Shad & AR Danish Abad (1920) for their valuable contributions and voluntary support toward the successful implementation of these initiatives.
On July 23, 2025, the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) in Takht Bhai achieved a significant milestone by launching several new digital services for the first time among 132 TMAs in the region.
The successful implementation of these projects was guided by the collaborative efforts of Regional Municipal Officer (RMO) Mr. Zeeshan Arif & Tehsil Administrative Officer (TMO) Mr. Rahman Sher.

TOR - Regulations
Mr. Usman Ali Shad, The Tehsil Officer (Regulation) Heads the Regulation Branch of TMA TakhtBhai. The officer is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of municipal laws, market regulations and encroachment control. The branch oversees own sources revenues, trade licensing, signboard management and enforcement of local government bylaws to maintain order, safety, and planned urban development within the tehsil.
Assistant Tehsil Officer (Regulation/Taxation) ATOR/ATS
Mr. Farman khan, The Assistant Tehsil Officer (Regulation/Taxation) assists in managing taxation and regulation affairs of TMA TakhtBhai. The officer oversees assessment, collection, and recovery of local taxes including property, water, sanitation, and trade license fees. The branch ensures transparent revenue generation, maintenance of tax records, and enforcement of municipal tax laws to strengthen the financial base of the Tehsil Administration.
